【Abstract】 Both type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) are common diseases having high potential hazards and clinically they are always co-existing,especially in obese patients.In this report,an obese patient with T2DM and OSAS was treated with human glucagon-like peptide-1 analogue liraglutide plus metformin for 3 months,and the effect was good in glycemic control and weight loss.Such a successful treatment may provide a new option for treating the similar patients.更多还原
