铁路32m预应力活性粉末混凝土低高度梁力学性能研究

【摘要】 针对铁路32m预应力活性粉末混凝土低高度T形梁,通过实梁静载试验和有限元分析,研究其受力性能。进行的2个循环加载试验结果表明:梁体跨中处应变沿梁高分布呈线性变化,而且该梁均呈现线弹性工作状态,平截面假定适用;梁体下翼缘的底面和侧面均未出现裂缝,该梁具有良好的抗裂性能。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行梁跨中截面受力全过程分析,得到该梁的抗裂安全系数为1.4,极限承载力安全系数大于2.28,满足相关设计规范要求。

【Abstract】 For railway prestressed RPC lower height Tbeam with 32 m span,its mechanical properties were studied based on both the static loading tests and the finite element analyses for full-scale beam.The results acquired from two stages cyclic loading tests indicate that the strain distribution of mid-span section along the RPC T-beam height takes linear elastic change and the assumption of plane cross section is applicable.No cracks appear at the bottom of lower flange and both sides of the beam,which shows that the beam possesses good anti-crack performance.The whole mechanical process of mid-span section is analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.The research results on RPC T-beam show that its anti-crack safety factor is 1.4 and its safety factor of ultimate bearing capacity is more than 2.28,both meet the requirements of relative design code.
