用溶胶-凝胶法制备氧化锆-莫来石复合纤维

【摘要】 用硝酸铝、氯氧化锆、乳酸和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了氧化锆-莫来石复合纤维。在前躯体溶胶中加入聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVP)为纺丝助剂,可得到长的复合纤维。凝胶纤维和陶瓷纤维用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行了表征。研究发现凝胶纤维分别在1200℃和1400℃煅烧后,纤维的物相为莫来石和四方氧化锆相。在1400℃煅烧后的氧化锆-莫来石复合纤维,具有均匀的直径和光滑的表面。

【Abstract】 Zirconia-mullite composites fibers were prepared by sol-gel method using luminum nitrate,zirconium oxychloride,lactic acid and tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) as raw materials.The long gel fibers can be obtained by adding polyvinyl butyral as spinning additive.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectra,X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis were used to characterize the properties of the gel and ceramic fibers.The mullite and tetragonal zirconia phase were obtained when the gel fibers were sintered at 1200 and 1400℃,respectively.The zirconia-mullite composites fibers were prepared by sintering at 1400℃,with a uniform diameter and smooth surface.
