水热-溶剂热法合成铌酸钾粉体的研究

【摘要】 以分析纯Nb2O5,KOH为原料,通过添加无水乙醇利用水热-溶剂热法合成了结晶度高、晶粒发育完整的KNbO3粉体。借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜以及透射电镜对所得粉体进行了表征,研究了合成时间对产物晶相、粒径大小以及形貌的影响。实验结果表明:采用水热-溶剂热法,在矿化剂浓度为6mol/L的条件下反应3h得到了纯正交相结构的KNbO3粉体,反应时间对产物形貌影响较大,随着反应时间的延长KNbO3由棒状晶体转化为规则的六边形晶体。

【Abstract】 By using potassium hydroxide and niobium pentaoxide as the raw materials,potassium niobate(KNbO3) fine powders were synthesize by hydrothermal-solvothermal method with the addition of absolute ethanol.The obtained powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The influence of reaction time on the phase,particle size and morphology were investigated.The results indicate that the pure KNbO3 powders with orthorhombic phase were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal-solvothermal method with the mineralizer solution concentration of 6mol/L for 3h,the morphology of KNbO3 powders changed from rod-like to hexahedral crystalline with extending the reaction time.
