复发慢性乙型肝炎患者心理状态的评估及干预措施

【摘要】 目的:探讨复发慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理护理措施。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对53例复发慢性乙型肝炎及73例为首发病患者进行调查评估,对普遍存在的问题采取相应的心理干预。结果:复发慢性乙型肝炎比首发乙型肝炎存在更严重的心理问题,应针对性的进行不同的心理护理。结论:针对性的心理护理能降低复发慢性乙型肝炎的心理应激,有利于患者的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore some psychological care measures for patients with recurrence of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:The mental status of 53 patients with relapse of chronic hepatitis B(CHB) and 73 patients with narve CHB were investigated with the Symptom Check list 90 (SCL-90).The appropriate psychological intervention were taken for a common problem existed.Results:There are more serious psychological problems in patients with currence of CHB than in patinets with narve CHB.The psychological care should be targeted to different problems.Conclusion:Targeted psychological care to the patients with recurrence of CHB can reduce the psychological stress,and it is beneifit to the rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
