丙泊酚联合米索前列醇用于无痛人流的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨丙泊酚联合米索前列醇用于无痛人流麻醉和手术的效果。方法:选择自愿要求丙泊酚静脉麻醉下终止妊娠的早孕患者220例,前瞻对照分为试验组和对照组。试验组120例于人流术前阴道放置米索前列醇;对照组100例不用药。比较两组丙泊酚用量和不良反应,术毕苏醒时间以及手术时间长短,难易程度和近期并发症等。结果:两组麻醉效果均好,无痛率100%。试验组麻药用量少,术中宫口松、出血和不良反应少,术毕苏醒快,手术时间短,与对照组相比,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:丙泊酚联合米索前列醇应用无痛人流,使用麻醉剂量少,镇痛效果确切,术中宫口松、宫缩好,明显提高手术安全性,尤其适用于高危因素的早孕患者人工流产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of propofol combined with misoprostol for total painless artifical abortion.Methods:220 participants were randomized into two groups for total painless artifical abortion:The misoprostol group(n=120),and the control group without vaginal misoprostol(n=100).The misoprostol was administered into vagina before the termination of the first-trimester pregnancy.The dosage and side effects of propofol,the analepsia time after the end of operation,the operation time,the difficult degree and the early complications were evaluated.Results:The anesthesia effect of the two groups were satisfied and 100% painless.The less amount of propofol,the looser uterus cervix,the less hemorrhage,less side effects,the earlier analepsia and the shorter operation time were found in the misoprostol group than those in the the control group.There were siginifcant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:This study showed that misoprostol combined with propofol had excellent anesthesia effect,the looser uterus cervix and the better uterine contraction,and reduced the dose of propofol in total painless artifical abortion.It will be helpful to using misoprostol combined with propofol to improve the resulsts and safety of total painless artifical abortion,especially in patients with high risk factor.更多还原
