住院手足口病病例临床诊治分析353例

【摘要】 目的:探讨手足口病病例的临床表现及诊治情况,提高对手足口病的认识。方法:回顾性分析353例住院手足口病患者的临床资料。结果:353例患者中≤5岁331例(93.8%),4月～6月发病190例(53.8%),有发热表现292例(82.7%),其中<39℃240例(68.0%),皮肤有皮疹347例(98.3%),有口腔黏膜病变321例(90.9%)。结论:手足口病患者在本地区以3～5岁儿童发病率最高;全年均有散发病例,但以4月～6月发病率较高;病情轻,病程约7天左右;对手足口病进行有效地治疗,有利于提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to explore our hand,foot and mouth disease cases,and to investigate the clinical manifestations of the situation,to improve the understanding of the foot and mouth disease.Methods:a retrospective analysis of 353 hospitalised HFMD clinical data.Results:among 353 cases with 5 years old than 331 cases(93.8%),four to six months of 190 patients(53.8%),fever performance of 292 patients(82.7%),including 39 ℃<240 cases(68.0%),skin rash 347 cases(98.3%),oral cavity mucous membrane lesions 321 cases(90.9%).Conclusion:in this region HFMD with 3～5years old children highest incidence;Annual are sending out cases,but to 4～6 month higher incidence;Illness light,the course of about 7 days or so;Foot and mouth disease of effective treatment,is helpful to improve the cure rate,is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
