高龄股骨颈骨折患者的围手术期处理对策

【摘要】 目的:探讨>80岁高龄股骨颈骨折手术治疗及围手术期处理对策。方法:回顾分析收治38例高龄股骨颈骨折患者围手术期处理过程。术前32例合并内科疾病。分别采用空心钉内固定术10例、人工股骨头置换术20例、人工全髋置换术8例。结果:所有患者均能安全通过手术治疗,术后出现并发症6例(16%)。围术期无死亡病例。结论:>80岁高龄股骨颈骨折患者常合并内科疾病,有效的术前治疗、合适的手术方式、严密的术后监护和处理是手术成功关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the perioperative management and countermeasure to the surgical treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients(≥80years).Methods:An retrospective study was done on the processing method of patients with femoral neck fractures treated surgically from Mar.2008 and Sep.2010.Among 32 patients were accompanied with preexisted internal medical diseases.All cases were treated with cannulated screw fixation in 10 patients,femoral head replacement in 20 patients and total hip replacement in 8 patients.Results:All patients were treated with operation safety.6 patients(16%) had postoperative complications.Conclusions:The patients aged≥ 80 years with femoral neck fractures are usually accompanied with preexisted internal medical,effective pre-operation treatment,suitable operation,and close post-operation monitor and treatment were the key points of success.更多还原
