脑梗死患者颈动脉内—中膜厚度与其预后的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨脑梗死患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度与其预后的影响因素。方法:收治脑梗死患者112例,根据颈动脉内-中膜厚度分成3组,其中正常组50例,增厚组38例,斑块组24例,对所有患者于治疗前后进行评分比较。结果:各组治疗前后评分比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),男女性别之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度的变化影响着患者的预后,厚度越大,预后越差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study the cerebral infarction with abnormal carotid intima-media thickness and its prognostic factors.Methods:the data of our hospital from January 2010 to December 112 cases of treatment in patients with cerebral infarction,according to the abnormal carotid intima-media thickness is divided into three groups,among which the normal group 50 cases,thickening group of 38 cases,plaques group of 24 cases,of all patients before and after treatment compared to rating.Results:the 112 patients,according to the abnormal carotid intima-media thickness is divided into three groups,among which the normal group 50 cases,male 26 cases,female 24 cases,thickening group of 38 cases,male,24 cases were female in 14 cases,plaques group 24 cases,male in 12 cases,female in 12 cases,the score before and after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05),between male and female with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:cerebral infarction with abnormal carotid intima-media thickness of the change affects the prognosis of patients,the greater the thickness,the more poor prognosis.更多还原
