阑尾炎切口单层缝合法的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:比较不同切口缝合法在阑尾切除术中的临床应用效果。方法:对89例右下腹切口阑尾切除术患者,随机分为采用腹膜外单层缝合(单层缝合A组=43例)或常规切口分层缝合(分层缝合B组=46例),对其疗效进行对比分析。结果:单层缝合组在切口感染率、平均住院时间等方面明显低于分层缝合组(P<0.01);两组在术后镇痛药物应用、切口疝及腹腔脓肿等方面比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),A组总住院费用稍低于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对阑尾炎开腹阑尾切除术,右下腹横切口腹膜外单层缝合法具有操作简单、安全、并发症少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effect of two different down right abdominal incision sutures in open appendectomy.Methods:89 appendicitis patients underwent open appendectomy by down-right abdominal incision were randomized into two groups:Group A(n=43)was stitched the incision by single layer extraperitoneal suture and group B(n=46)by layered closure technique.The effect was compared between two groups.Results:The incision infection rate,mean hospital stay time postoperatively of group A were less than that of group B(P<0.01).Whereas,there was no significant difference in analgesic agents application,incision hernia and intraperitoneal abscess between two groups(P>0.05).The total cost were no difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Single layer extraperitoneal suture is a simple and safe closure technique with less complication for down-right abdominal incision in appendectomy for appendicitis,and deserved to popularize.更多还原
