【摘要】 目的探讨孕妇成人依恋的特点。方法 2008年9月至2010年8月在北京、河北、陕西、天津等地,采用两种常用的成人依恋量表—关系问卷(RQ)和亲密关系经历量表(ECR),对1170例孕妇进行成人依恋的测量。结果孕妇的依恋类型分布比例为:安全型占63.8%、轻视型17.8%、倾注型14.3%、害怕型4.1%。用RQ测量得到的自我模型得分与ECR中的依恋回避(r=-0.375,P<0.01)和依恋焦虑(r=-0.369,P<0.01)都呈显著的负相关;而他人模型只与依恋回避得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.420,P<0.01),与依恋焦虑没有显著性相关(r=-0.018,P>0.05)。在依恋回避得分上,安全型的孕妇得分最低(2.49±0.78)分,其次是倾注型(3.12±0.91)分、轻视型(3.36±0.83)分,害怕型最高(3.78±0.5)分,F(3.1125)=98.91,P<0.01;在依恋焦虑得分上,安全型(3.39±0.81)分与轻视型(3.50±0.83)分比较差异无统计学意义,但两者都与倾注型(4.11±0.87)分和害怕型(4.20±0.87)分,差异有统计学意义,F(3.1125)=43.12,P<0.01。结论孕妇的成人依恋有其自身特点,两种成人依恋的测量结果有较强的相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze adult attachment of pregnant women who are under a positive stressful life event.Methods Two widely used adult attachment measurements Relationship Questionnaire(RQ) and Experiences in Close Relationship inventory(ECR)― were administered to 1170 pregnant women between Sept.2008 and Aug.2010 in Beijing,Hebei and Shanxi.Jian jin.Results The distribution of the pregnant women was: 63.8% secure,17.8% dismissing,14.3% preoccupied,and 4.1% fearful.The score of ’model of self’ computed from RQ had negative correlations with attachment avoidance(r=-0.375,P<0.01) and attachment anxiety(r=-0.369,P<0.01),while model of others’ was only correlated to attachment avoidance(r=-0.42,P<0.01).Secure attachment participants got lowest score on attachment avoidance(2.49±0.78),followed by preoccupied(3.12±0.91),dismissing(3.36±0.83)and fearful(3.78±0.5),F(3.1125)=98.91,P<0.01;Moreover,on attachment anxiety index,secure(3.39±0.81)and dismissing(3.50±0.83)had no significant differences,while they were significant lower than preoccupied(4.11±0.87)and fearful(4.20±0.87),F(3.1125)=43.12,P<0.01.Conclusion The adult attachment style of 1170 pregnant women was different from college student samples.The two adult attachment measurements highly correlated with each other.更多还原
