辣椒种衣剂理化性质及应用效果初探

【摘要】 为了探明辣椒种衣剂的理化性质及其对种子萌发的影响,对辣椒种衣剂XFY-2的pH值、粘度、成膜性、成膜时间、包衣均匀度、包衣脱落率等理化指标进行了测定;用种衣剂XFY-2包衣2种辣椒种子,进行了室内发芽试验,并与进口种衣剂SLS进行比较。理化性质测定结果表明:辣椒种衣剂XFY-2的pH值为4.55,粘度为23.0mPa·s-1,成膜性良好,成膜时间5.5min,包衣均匀度为97.5%,包衣脱落率<5%。发芽试验结果表明:辣椒种衣剂XFY-2能促进种子萌发,提高发芽率与成苗率。辣椒种衣剂XFY-2的理化性质良好,能有效促进辣椒种子的萌发与生长,其综合效果优于进口种衣剂SLS。

【Abstract】 To explore the physical and chemical properties and their effects on seed germination of hot pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)seed coating agent(XFY-2),the pH value,viscosity,forming-film property,forming-film time,coating uniformity rate and coating off rate of seed-coating agent were tested.The 2 hot pepper seeds were coated with XFY-2 and indoor germination experiments were carried.Meanwhile its effects were compared with those of an imported seed-coating agent(SLS).The results showed that the pH value of XFY-2 was 4.55,the viscosity was 23.0 mPa?s-1,forming-film property was good,forming-film time was 5.5 min,coating uniformity rate was 97.5%,coating off rate was less than 5%.The result of germination experiment indicated that the physical and chemical properties of this seed-coating agent were good.It could not only promote seed germination,enhance adult seedling rate,but also effectively improve seedling germination and development.The general effects of this hot pepper seed-coating agent were better than those of the imported agent SLS.
