PEG功能化材料阻抗蛋白质吸附的研究进展
Progress of PEGylated Materials to Resist Protein Adsorption
【摘要】 从蛋白质与材料表面的界面作用出发,分析了各种阻抗蛋白质吸附的机理,归纳了PEG改性材料的各种方法,总结了PEG改性材料的实际应用,最后展望了其未来发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The interface between proteins and materials was reviewed. The principle of resistance of protein adsorption and the preparation methods were discussed. The practical applications, as well the potential outlooks for the future study was provided.
