【摘要】 目的探讨全覆膜支架在医源性食管穿孔治疗中的应用价值。方法 5例医源性食管穿孔患者,先以胃镜确定穿孔位置,再在胃镜下采用国产全覆膜支架常规置入,封堵瘘口,常规禁食,抗感染,留置胃管,有气胸者行闭式引流。结果所有5例患者中2例在3周后拔除支架,3例在3个月后拔除支架,瘘口均完全愈合。结论全覆膜支架治疗医源性食管穿孔,疗效肯定,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the application value of covered stents in treatment of the iatrogenic esophageal perforation.[Methods] In five cases of the iatrogenic esophageal perforation,target fistula were found endoscopically and treated by covered stents made in china.Fistula were blocked up,then all of cases were treated by fasting,anti-infection,gastrointestinal decompression,and thoracic closed drainage if pneumothorax happened.[Results] Stents were removed in 2 cases three weeks later,and in the other 3 cases three months later.All of the cases were healed completely.[Conclusion] Covered stents implantation is an effective approach for iatrogenic esophageal perforation,therefore,more practice are expected.更多还原
