【Abstract】 Most of Chinese enterprises carry on their work quota management based on the subjective assumption or estimation;and different sorts of practical problems will arise because of this pattern of management.In practice,the work quota management can be planned or designed based on the strategy,system and information management system.We should,first,make innovation and have the most advanced ideas in carrying on the work quota management;second,we should reposition the work quota management;third,we should improve the value of work quota management;and fourth,we should strengthen the new idea of work quota management.更多还原
