高温再热器T91钢管评定与寿命评估

【摘要】 河北兴泰发电有限责任公司9号炉运行累计114890h,对仍在该部位运行的再热器T91钢管进行寿命评估,基于化学分析、短时拉伸试验(常温、高温)、硬度试验、金相分析、碳化物结构分析、透射电镜检查等试验基础上进行持久强度试验,采用持久强度等温线外推法校核,其剩余寿命仍然大于10万h。更多还原

【Abstract】 Life evaluation of T91 steel of high temperature reheater of No.3 boiler in Xingtai Power Plant Co Lt can be done after operating 114890 hours.Based on chemistry analysis,tensile test(normal,high temperature),hardness test,metallographic analysis,carbide analysis,TEM and other methods,The high temperature reheater was tested of rupture strength and analyzed by the sustained strength life extrapolation method.Results show that residual service life are longer than 100000 h.更多还原
