【摘要】 本文简要介绍了煤层气开采中,大排量清水压裂液配液技术和装备的工艺流程、性能参数、设备组成、技术水平和实际应用。配液速度可在150～960 m3/h范围内调节,多种添加剂实时精确加入,实现了现场速配。大流量多功能全自动高效混合快速释放的压裂液配液装置,顺应了石油天然气大规模开采以及环保要求,代表配液技术的发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Process flow,technical data,composition,technology level,practical application of high flow rate riverfrac treatment fluid mixing technology and equipment for coalbed gas is introduced in the paper.The mixing rate is adjustable at 150~960 m3/h,and many sorts of additives can be added accurately at any time.This most advanced equipment reduces costs,HSE exposure and benefitted the oil and gas industry,and is the next evolutionary step in the future.更多还原
