广视野镜下半导体激光光凝治疗视网膜脱离疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Combined Effects of Diode Laser Photocoagulation and the Wide Field Inversion Lens System in Treating Retinal Detachment
【摘要】 目的评价半导体激光光凝联合广视野镜倒像装置系统治疗视网膜脱离的疗效。方法复杂性视网膜脱离患者60例60只眼,采用半导体激光光凝联合广视野镜倒像装置系统治疗,观察视网膜解剖复位率、视力及并发症等。结果 60只眼全部顺利完成手术,患者手术后随访6~24个月,平均10个月。52只眼视力较术前明显提高,8只眼视力不变。一次性复位52只眼(86.7%),未复位8只眼(13.3%)。结论采用半导体激光光凝联合广视野镜倒像装置系统进行视网膜脱离手术使一次性视网膜解剖复位率显著提高。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the combined effects of diode laser photocoagulation and the wide field inversion lens system in treating retinal detachment. Methods The wide field inversion lens system and diode laser photocoagulation under microscope were applied to 60 cases(60 eyes) of complicated retinal detachment.The retinal reattachment rate,visual acuity and complication occurrence were analyzed. Results The follow-up lasted for 6-24 months.The visual acuity was improved in 52 eyes and not changed in 8 eyes.The rate of success was 86.7%. Conclusions Diode laser photocoagulation in combination with the wide field inversion lens system can increase the rate of retinal reattachment.
