【摘要】 目的了解江苏省张家港市居民2型糖尿病(T2DM)患病现状及其影响因素,为采取干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法对居住在张家港市≥6个月的8 175名年龄≥18岁居民进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测,应用logistic回归分析方法分析张家港市居民患T2DM的主要影响因素。结果本次调查8 175名居民,其中男性3 690人,女性4 485人;张家港市居民T2DM患病率为6.86%,空腹血糖调节受损(IFG)患病率为10.39%,男女性患病率差异无统计学意义;在调整了性别、文化程度等因素后,多因素非条件logis-tic回归分析结果表明,年龄大、有糖尿病家族史、向心性肥胖、血压升高、高总胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症是张家港市居民T2DM发病的危险因素,经常运动是张家港市居民T2DM发病的保护因素。结论年龄、糖尿病家族史、向心性肥胖、经常运动、血压、总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平是张家港市居民T2DM发病的主要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) among residents in Zhangjiagang city and to explore risk factors of T2DM.Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling was used to select the residents above 18 years old and living in Zhangjiagang city more than 6 months.The data were collected with a questionnire survey,physical examination and laboratory test.Logistic regression was used to analyse risk factors related to T2DM.Results Totaly 8 175 residents(3 690 male and 4 485 female) were selected.The prevalence of T2DM was 6.86% and that of the impaired fasting glucose(IFG) was 10.39%.No significant difference in the prevalence between the male and female was observed(χ2=0.739,P>0.05).After adjusting for gender and education level,the results of logistic regression analyses showed that aging,family history of diabetes,blood pressure,central obesity,high total cholesterol(TC),high triglyceride(TG) were risk factors of T2DM,while exercise was a protective factor.Central obesity,high blood pressure,high TC and high TG were all significantly associated with T2DM in univariate analyses.Conclusion Aging,family diabetes mellitus history,central obesity,exercise,blood pressure,TC,and TG are main influencing factors of T2DM among residents of Zhangjiagang city.更多还原
