自然通风湿式冷却塔配水优化的三维数值研究

【摘要】 基于两相传热传质理论和FLUENT软件特点,采用自定义函数添加源项方法,开发了适用于自然通风湿式冷却塔热力特性计算的三维数值模拟平台。经过实验验证后,将该平台应用于实际工程中常采用的分区配水研究,详细模拟了均匀配水、内外圆区分区配水、内方区配水3种配水方式下某一冷却塔内部流场、温度场的变化,及其对冷却塔出塔水温的影响。结果发现,采用分区配水的方法可以降低出塔水温,提高冷却塔效率。

【Abstract】 Based on the heat and mass transfer theory and the characteristics of the FLUENT software,a threedimensional numerical simulation platform,composed by lots of user defined functions(UDF),had been developed to simulate the thermal performance in a natural draft wet cooling tower.After validation with experimental data,this platform was used for water-distribution optimization among uniform and two other non-uniform water distribution methods which are usually used in the practical applications.The variations of the flow and temperature field in the cooling tower caused by the three different methods of water distribution were investigated,and the influences on the outlet water temperature were studied in detail.It is found that the outlet water temperature will decrease due to the non-uniform water distribution,and then the efficiency of the cooling tower increases.
