截形苜蓿蛋白质组学研究进展
Advances of Proteomics in Medicago truncatula
【摘要】 蛋白质组学研究是功能基因组研究的重要手段。简述了蛋白质组学研究的概念和主要技术,详述了蛋白质组学在截形苜蓿组织或细胞器蛋白质组成、生长发育、响应生物和非生物胁迫等方面应用研究成果,分析了存在的问题与发展前景。
【Abstract】 Proteomics is one of the most important facts in the study of functional genome.The background of proteomics and the main techniques of proteomics were briefly introduced.The application of proteome approach in M.truncatula tissue or organelle protein compositions,growth and development,biotic and abiotic stress response and other aspects research was summarized.Finally,some disadvantages of current proteome approach and its prospect were discussed.
