【摘要】 目的:探讨综合疗法对围绝经期综合征患者症状改善和血清雌激素水平的影响。方法:对68例围绝经期综合征患者进行心理干预和药物联合治疗3个月,比较治疗前后的血清雌激素水平及症状Kupperman评分。结果:68例患者血清E2由治疗前的(57.94±22.90)pmol/L升高至治疗后的(185.42±46.98)pmol/L,FSH和LH显著下降(P<0.01),临床症状明显改善,改良Kupperman评分显著好于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论:综合疗法可显著升高围绝经期综合征患者的血清雌激素水平,改善临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of combined therapy on symptom improvement and serum estrogen level of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with perimenopausal syndrome received combined therapy of psychological intervention and drug therapy for three months,the serum estrogen levels and Kupperman scores before and after treatment were compared.Results:The serum estradiol level of the patients increased from(57.94±22.90) pmol/L to(185.42±46.98) pmol/L,the levels of FSH and LH decreased significantly(P<0.01),the clinical symptoms were significantly improved,the Kupperman score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combined therapy can improve the serum estrogen level of patients with perimenopausal syndrome and improve clinical symptoms.更多还原
