【摘要】 目的:探讨胰岛素抵抗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:对2006年1月～2011年1月在海南医学院附属医院就诊的孕妇进行PCOS筛查,选择129例PCOS孕前或孕早期存在胰岛素抵抗合并宫内单胎妊娠的孕妇作为研究组,选取与研究组年龄及孕前BMI相匹配的正常单胎孕妇为对照组,与研究组进行2∶1配对,258例符合条件的非P-COS孕妇被纳入对照组,观察两组的妊娠结局。结果:PCOS伴胰岛素抵抗组自然流产、GDM、PDH、早产、巨大儿等异常妊娠结局较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCOS伴有胰岛素抵抗增加了妊娠妇女自然流产、GDM、PDH、早产、巨大儿等异常妊娠结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of insulin resistance on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:The pregnant women who visited the hospital from January 2006 to January 2011 received PCOS screening,129 PCOS pregnant women with insulin resistance combined with intrauterine single pregnancy before pregnancy or during the first trimester of pregnancy were selected as study group,normal pregnant women of single pregnancy matched to age and progestational BMI of study group were selected as control group,then the pregnant women in control group and study group were matched according to 2∶ 1 principle.Two hundred and fifty-eight pregnant women without PCOS were included into control group;the pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were observed.Results:The incidences of spontaneous abortion,gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),PDH,premature delivery,and macrosomia in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCOS combined with insulin resistance increases the abnormal pregnancy outcomes,such as spontaneous abortion,GDM,PDH,premature delivery,and macrosomia.更多还原
