【摘要】 目的:探讨移植胚胎在子宫腔的位置与临床结局的关系。方法:将佛山市妇幼保健院生殖医学中心2007年3月～2011年8月经腹部超声引导下行胚胎移植657例患者,根据移植胚胎到宫底的距离(DA)/宫颈内口到宫底的距离(DB)的比值分组,分析不同比值与临床结局的关系。结果:胚胎移植位置在DA/DB<1/4的种植率、临床妊娠率最低,在1/4≤DA/DB≤2/4的宫外孕率最高,在2/4<DA/DB<3/4的种植率及临床妊娠率最高,但早期自然流产率也最高。结论:胚胎移植的理想的位点既要提高胚胎的种植率和临床妊娠,又避免宫外孕和降低早期自然流产率,确切位置还有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between distance of embryo transfer and clinical outcome.Methods:The 657 cases of transabdominal ultrasoud-guided embryo transfer were analyzed retrospectively,which were performed from March 2007 to August 2011 in our reproductive medicine center.They were divided into three groups according to the ratio of the distance from the transfer embryo to the fundal endometrium(DA)/the distance from the internal to the fundal endometrium(DB),the association between the ratio and the clinical outcome was analyzed.Results:Implantation rate,pregnancy rate were the lowest in the group with DA/DB<1/4,ectopic rate was the highest while 1/4≤DA/DB≤<2/4,implantation rate,pregnancy rate were highest while early spontaneous abortion rates were highest also in group 2/4<DA/DB<3/4.Conclusion:The best site for embryo deposition should not only increase implantation rate and pregnancy rate,but also avoid ectopic and reduce early spontaneous abortion rates.More well-designed and powered randomized trials are needed to confirm this conclusion.更多还原
