【摘要】 目的探讨卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI影像学特点,旨在提高该病的MRI诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的12例卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI表现,并结合临床进行分析。结果 10例均为单侧肿块,2例为双侧肿块。MRI T1WI以等信号为主,T2WI呈略高信号伴不同程度的高信号。DWI为高信号。增强扫描呈轻-中度增强。结论卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI表现有一定的特征性,对本病的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss MRI appearances of ovarian thecoma(OT),in order to improve the MRI diagnosis of this disease.Methods Twelve cases of MRI characteristics of OT confirmed pathology were analyzed retrospectively with clinical findings.Results Ten cases of tumor was single,and two cases were bilateral.Most of lesions showed equal signal on T1WI,slightly high signal with different degree of high signal on T2WI,high signal on DWI and low-middle and gradual enhancement.Conclusion MRI manifestations of ovarian thecoma(OT) is characteristic.It has very important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian thecoma.更多还原
