【摘要】 目的了解我院门诊抗菌药物使用情况,为进一步规范临床抗菌药物合理使用提供依据。方法随机抽取2012年第一季度门诊处方14 995张,统计抗菌药物使用情况,评价门诊抗菌药物使用合理性。结果门诊抗菌药物使用率为12.7%;口服抗菌药物处方数为1 714张,占总数90.1%;注射抗菌药物处方数188张,占总数9.9%。单用抗菌药物治疗处方数1 791张,占数94.2%;联用抗菌药物治疗处方数110张,占总数5.8%。结论我院门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理,但使用中还存在一些问题,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antibacterial use in outpatient department in our hospital in order to further providing the basis for standardized clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods Randomly selected 14 995 outpatient prescriptions were analyzed statistically and evaluated the rationality of outpatient antibacterial use.Results The outpatient antibacterial use rate was 12.7%;the number of oral and injection antibacterial prescriptions was 1 714,188 respectively,amounted for 90.1%,9.9% of total prescriptions;the number of single and combination antibiotics was 1 791,110 respectively,amounted for 94.2%,5.8% of total prescriptions.Conclusion Application of antibiotic in outpatient in our hospital is basically reasonable,but there also exist irrational using drugs problems,should be pay more attention.更多还原
