【摘要】 目的评价健康教育在脑血管疾病患者中的应用效果。方法将100例脑血管疾病患者随机分为两组,干预组50例患者给予系统的健康教育;对照组50例,仅进行治疗及常规护理。结果干预组患者掌握疾病的相关知识比率达98%、情绪稳定患者的比率达96.0%、主动进行功能锻炼的患者比率达96.0%,对疾病的健康教育知晓率达96.0%,均明显分别高于对照组,且干预组并发症发生率仅4.0%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过实施有效的健康教育干预,满足了病人及家属的健康教育需求,提高了健康教育达标率,有利于脑血管疾病患者的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods All of 100 cases cerebrovascular disease patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in the intervention group were given a systematic health education;control group 50 cases only were given treatment and routine care.Results The intervention group patients to master the knowledge of the disease ratio was 98%,emotional stability,the patient’s rate was 96.0%,the initiative to conduct a functional exercise rate was 96.0% of patients,health education on the disease known rate was 96.0% and were significant difference in the control group and intervention group complication rate of only was 4.0%,was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of effective health education interventions to meet health education needs of patients and their families,and improve health education compliance rate and is conducive to the recovery of patients with cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
