【摘要】 目的探讨中药灌肠加阴道低频电刺激治疗盆腔淤血综合征临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年1～6月盆腔淤血综合征患者90例,随机分为两组,治疗组50例,使用中药灌肠加法国PHENIX盆底功能治疗仪阴道低频电脉冲刺激盆底肌肉治疗;对照组40例,采用中药灌肠加腹部红外线微波治疗。通过患者临床症状、B超检查、妇科检查等方面观察两种不同治疗方式对盆腔淤血征的疗效。结果盆腔淤血征程度、发病年龄两组间差异无统计学意义。两组在治愈率、好转率、未愈率方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率较对照组高。结论采用中药灌肠加阴道低频电脉冲刺激盆底肌肉治疗改善盆腔淤血综合征优于中药灌肠加腹部红外线微波治疗。所以中药灌肠加阴道低频电刺激疗效肯定,是目前较好的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine enema combined with vaginal low frequency electric stimulation on Pelvic congestion syndrome.Methods Ninety patients with Pelvic congestion syndrome during January to June in 2010 were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty patients of treatment group were treated by TCM enema combined with low frequency electric stimulation of pelvic floor muscles through the vagina with PHENIX;forty patients of controlled group were treated by TCM enema combined with infrared rays through abdomen.The different effects between two groups were compared through clinical symptoms,ultrasounds and gynecological examinations.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in the degree of pelvic congestion and the age of onset;while significant difference was showed in cured,improved and uncured rates(P < 0.05).The treatment group showed higher cure rate and lower uncured rate compared with the controlled group.Conclusion TCM enema combined with vaginal low frequency electric stimulation is better than combined with abdominal infrared rays.It is effective and preferable in treatment for pelvic congestion syndrome.更多还原
