体表心电图与冠脉320CT对冠心病的诊断价值探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨体表心电图与320CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法根据临床症状疑诊冠心病的患者80例,进行心电图和320CT检查,并对两组结果进行对比分析。结果 ECG异常59例,占71.3%,320CT异常46例,占57.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以320CT为参考标准,ECG的敏感性为82.6%,特异性为38.2%。结论体表心电图能够诊断大多数冠心病,敏感度较高,但特异度低,必须全面分析患者资料,以减少冠心病的误诊;对疑诊冠心病患者应尽早进行320CT检查,将ECG和320CT这两种检查相结合进行判断,可使冠心病的治疗更具有针对性。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the surface electrocardiogram and 320CT in the value of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods According to clinical symptoms in patients with suspected coronary artery disease diagnosed 80 cases that made the 320CT and ECG check and results of two groups were compared.Results The electrocardiogram abnormalities in 57 cases account for 71.3%,the 320CT abnormalities accounted for 57.5% of 46 patients,two groups had significant difference(P﹤0.05);The ECG sensitivity was 82.6% and specificity was 38.2% which took 320CT as standard.Conclusion The surface ECG can diagnose most of coronary heart disease,highly sensitivity but lowly specificity,and the data of patient must be a comprehensive analysis in order to reduce misdiagnosis of coronary heart disease;It should be 320CT inspection early for suspected coronary heart disease of patients.Both the ECG and the 320CT test results can more target treatment of coronary heart disease.
