【摘要】 目的探讨氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 134例过敏性鼻炎患者被随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,实验组加用氯雷他定口服。结果①实验组临床症状开始改善时间短于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②两组总有效率、显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组临床效果显著优于对照组。结论氯雷他定联合速效药物可以更迅速地缓解病情,提高治疗效果,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of loratadine used for allergic rhinitis.Methods All of 134 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group was given aerosol inhalation treatment of budesonide,and experimental group was added with oral polio treatment of loratadine.Results ①The beginning time of syndromes improving in experimental group was faster than the control group,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).②The total effective rate and efficiency rate in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Loratadine combined with quick-acting drugs can release disease more fast and enhance clinical effect,so it deserved considering in clinical work.更多还原
