【摘要】 目的探讨改良颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形术在脊髓型颈椎病伴颈椎管狭窄患者中的应用价值及安全性。方法选取我院收治的脊髓型颈椎病伴颈椎管狭窄患者35例,采用改良颈椎后路椎管扩大成形术治疗,比较术前和术后的JOA评分以评估临床疗效。结果术后JOA评分较术前明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形术在治疗脊髓型颈椎病伴颈椎管狭窄方面疗效确切,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value and security of improved open-door posterior cervical laminoplasty in treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM) with cervical spinal stenosis patients.Methods Selected 35 CSM with cervical spinal stenosis patients to treat with improved open-door posterior cervical laminoplasty.Compared JOA scores of preoperative and postoperative to assess the clinical efficacy.Results Compared with preoperative,JOA scores of postoperative significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved open-door posterior cervical laminoplasty in treatment of CSM with cervical spinal stenosis is effective and safe.更多还原
