基于STC单片机的远程变焦控制系统设计

【摘要】 为了使3D摄像机的2个镜头能够实现远程变焦,设计了一种远程变焦控制系统,上位机与下位机均采用STC-12C5A60S2为CPU,加入了按键电路、脉冲开关电路、步进电机驱动电路、串口通讯电路、无线收发模块电路等。该文主要说明了上位机与下位机接口电路、步进电机驱动电路的设计,提供了软件设计的主要流程图。通过软硬件设计实现了3D摄像机两个镜头光圈的远程对焦,实际的功能测试表明,系统性能稳定、安全可靠、具有一定的通用性,具有良好的使用价值,广阔的市场前景。

【Abstract】 In order to the 3D camera can realize remote zoom control,a remote zoom control system was designed.The upper system and lower system adopts STC-12C5A60S2 as CPU,and button circuit,pulse switch circuit,stepping motor driving circuit,serial port communicating circuit,wireless sending-receiving circuit were added into the system.This paper mainly illustrates the interface circuit of upper computer and lower computer,the stepper motor driver circuit design,provides main flow charts of software.The function that the two diaphragms can be focused in a remote way was realized.The real function testing indicates that this system was of stable performance,safety and reliability,some multi-purpose,good use value and wide market prospects.
