大牛地气田盒1气层压裂技术分析

【摘要】 大牛地气田为低孔低渗储层,水力压裂是主要的增产措施。盒1气层与其他层、组相比压后效果较差,为此对盒1气层储层地质特征进行深化研究,总结分析目前压裂工艺技术及存在的问题,提出技术对策。研究认为,盒1储层物性总体较差,储层和隔层间的应力差较小,裂缝在高度上不易控制,压裂液对裂缝的伤害较大等因素是影响压裂效果的主要原因。通过实验和数模研究,建立了大牛地气田盒1气层压裂选井原则,预测压裂效果,优化裂缝参数和施工参数,评价优选了压裂液体系;为后期开发提出了配套的压裂工艺措施。

【Abstract】 For the reservoir with low permeability and low porosity,hydraulic fracturing is an essential approach for improving well production in Daniudi gas field.The production of the Shihezi 1Formation was lower than other formations.In order to boost the capacity of gas well,a set of optimizing fracturing technologies and the suitable fracturing fluid systems were presented based on the comprehensive analysis of geological features and fracturing technology.Study results showed that poor physical properties such as thin bed,low permeability and low gas content,were the primary influential factors on production capacity of gas well in the Shihezi 1 Formation.The damage to the cores of the Shihezi 1 Formation caused by crosslinked HPG was 60%,which caused the poor effects of fracturing stimulations.Based on the experiment and mathematical simulation,the fracturing well selection criteria was established,postfracture response was forecasted,fracturing parameters were optimized and non-damaging fracturing fluid system was evaluated.The matching measures were put forward for the Shihezi 1 Formation fracturing operation.
