【Abstract】 This paper studies the position and main function of mentor team in the process of graduate cultivation,believes that the mentor team is the cornerstone of the graduate collective cultivation,discusses the pattern of graduats guided by tutor team,holds that this pattern is the systematic,scientific and comprehensive guiding pattern,discusses construction,management and examination of the mentor team and how to effectively bring the mentor team into full play and puts forward the incentive mechanism and several praising methods for cultivating graduates by the tutor team.更多还原
