【摘要】 目的:调查2010年1—12月我院门诊及住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,以促进抗菌药物合理应用。方法:每月以随机抽样法抽取100张门诊处方、住院病历30份(其中手术和非手术病历各15份),对抗菌药物应用情况进行调查分析。结果:我院抗菌药物使用率高,且大多为经验用药,不重视细菌培养及药敏试验;门诊患者抗菌药物使用率为32.42%(389/1 200);非手术患者抗菌药物平均使用率为43.33%(78/180);围术期抗菌药物预防性使用率为100%(180/180);围术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在用药指征不明确、给药时间不规范、疗程过长、联合用药比例高等问题。结论:我院抗菌药物的使用存在一定问题,尚需严格规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of antibacterial agents in both the outpatients and the inpatients of our hospital during Jan.-Dec.period of 2010 so as to promote the rational use of antibacterial agents.METHODS: 100 outpatient prescriptions and 30 inpatient medical records including15 surgical cases and 15 nonsurgical cases were randomly selected from our hospital monthly for investigation and analysis of the use of antibacterial agents.RESULTS: The proportion of patients with antibiotic use was on the high side and the drug use was mostly empirical without due importance to pathogen culture and drug sensitivity tests.The antibiotic use was noted in 32.4%(389/1 200) of the outpatients and in 43.33%(78/180) of the nonsurgical cases,and perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics was noted in 100%(180/180).The preventive application of antibiotics in our hospital had the problems of unclear medication indications,nonstandard time of administration,prolonged drug use and high proportion in drug combination etc.CONCLUSIONS: The use of antibiotics in our hospital has problems and it remains to be standardized.更多还原
