【摘要】 目的:分析北京市石景山医院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物的情况,并评价其合理性。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对2011年11月97例Ⅰ类切口手术病例预防性应用抗菌药物情况进行调查分析。结果:97例Ⅰ类切口手术病例中44例使用抗菌药物,使用率为45.4%;其中术前>2 h用药的11例,术前0.5～2 h用药的18例,术后用药不超过24 h的19例,术后用药未超过48 h的3例,超过48 h的16例。结论:应加强Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性应用的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the prophylactic utilization of antimicrobials in the patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision surgery in Beijing Shijingshan Hospital and to evaluate its rationality.METHODS: By a retrospective study,the prophylactic utilization of antimicrobials in patients undergoing type Ⅰ Incision surgery in our hospital in Nov.2011 was analyzed.RESULTS: Of the total 97 patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision surgery,44(45.4%) were administered with antibiotics,with 11 administered at >2 h before operation,18 at 0.5-2 h before operation;postoperatively,19 administered with antibiotics for no more than 24 h,3 cases for no more than 48 h and 16 cases for more than 48 h.CONCLUSION: We should strengthen the management of prophylactic utilization of antimicrobials in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision surgery.更多还原
