换热站节能控制系统的设计与应用
Design and Application of Energy saving control System In Heat-exchange Station
【摘要】 简要叙述了换热站设备的基本构成和工作过程。根据换热站供暖技术要求,采用PID调节器、PLC和变频器,设计了换热站节能控制系统,并给出具体的电路设计图。通过采用电动阀门、PID调节器、PLC和变频器对换热站设备进行自动控制,大大提高了设备的供热能力,维修方便,使换热设备更加安全可靠运行,并节省了大量的能源。
【Abstract】 A brief description of the basic structure and working process of the heat-exchang station equipment.According to the requirements of the heating technology of the heat exchange station,PID regulator,PLC and inverter,the design of a heat-exchange station energy-saving control system and give a specific circuit design.Through the use of electric valves,PID controller,PLC and inverter heat-exchange station equipment for automatic control,greatly improving the heating capacity of the equipment,easy maintenance,more secure and reliable heat-exchange equipment to run and save a lot of energy.
