【摘要】 目的探讨1号薇乔抗菌缝线体外打Roeder结在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年8月～2011年11月我院73例患者行1号薇乔抗菌缝线体外打Roeder结在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果73例患者手术均获得成功,术中无需使用钛夹、生物可吸收夹、Hem-o-Lock及在腹腔内打结等方法处理胆囊管及胆囊动脉,手术平均时间54 mim,无中转开腹,术后无出血、胆漏、切口感染、脐疝等并发症,术后3～5 d出院,73例随访1～12个月,平均6个月,腹部戳口瘢痕不明显。结论 1号薇乔抗菌缝线体外打Roeder结行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后无异物残留,拓宽手术指征,安全可行,美容效果好,操作简单,利于推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of NO.1 weiqiao antibacterial suture extracorporal ROEDER knotting in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 73 patients who had received the NO.1 weiqiao antibacterial suture extracorporal ROEDER knotting in laparoscopic cholecystectomy from August 2010 to November 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The surgery was successful for all the 73 patients,without using the titanium clips,bio-absorbable clips,Hem-o-Lock,intra-abdominal knotting and other methods to deal with the cystic duct and cystic artery.The average operative time was 54 minutes,without transferred laparotomy,postoperative bleeding,bile leakage,wound infection,umbilical hernia and other complications.The patients were discharged 3-5 days after the surgery and followed up for 1-12 months,with an average of 6 months.The abdominal poke opening scar was not obvious.Conclusion The application of NO.1 weiqiao antibacterial suture extracorporal ROEDER knotting in laparoscopic cholecystectomy leaves no foreign matter residuals,expands surgical indications,and is feasible and safe,which is worthy of promotion with satisfactory cosmetic results and simple operations.更多还原
