【摘要】 内镜下乳头括约肌切开术(EST)在胆总管结石治疗中已被广泛应用,但内镜下乳头球囊扩张术(EPBD)作为一种标准治疗方法仍不能为广大胆管内镜医师所公认。EPBD与EST相比主要的优点在于可以保留十二指肠乳头的功能。但是对于直径较大的结石,由于胆管开口相对较小,EPBD常需反复的机械碎石,另外EPBD术后胰腺炎发生率较EST高。现对EPBD在胆总管结石治疗中的价值进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 While endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST) is performed worldwide for the removal of common bile duct stones,many biliary endoscopists hesitate to regard endoscopic papillary balloon dilation(EPBD) as a standard procedure for treatment.A major advantage of EPBD is preservation of papillary function.But compared with EST,EPBD is difficult to use for the removal of larger stones because of the smaller biliary opening,which requires more frequent use of mechanical lithotripsy.And EPBD is associated with a higher incidence of pancreatitis.Here is to make a review on EPBD value for treatment of common bile duct stones.更多还原
