【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省常规免疫接种率监测情况,为提高常规免疫接种率监测质量提供依据。[方法]采用估算接种率、差值(D)和比值(R)方法对山东省2011年常规免疫接种率进行评价。[结果]2011年山东省乙肝疫苗、卡介苗、脊灰疫苗、百白破疫苗、含麻疹成分疫苗、A群流脑疫苗、乙脑疫苗、甲肝疫苗的常规基础免疫报告接种率均在99%以上,估算接种率分别为97.48%、93.28%、101.29%、102.46%、103.58%、101.61%、101.29%和91.42%;D值评价显示除卡介苗和甲肝疫苗为可疑外,其余均为可信;R值评价显示除甲肝疫苗外,各种疫苗应种人数基本符合逻辑。[结论]山东省常规免疫接种率监测系统总体运转良好,数据报告质量较高,全省接种率保持在较高水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze the status of routine immunization surveillance system,so as to provide basis for improvement of its quality.[Methods]The surveillance data of routine immunization coverage rates reported in 2011 were analyzed by the evaluation methods of estimated coverage rate,difference(D)and ratio(R).[Results]The basic routine immunization rates of HepB,BCG,PV,DTP,MVC,MenA,JEV,HepA reported were all above 99%.The estimated ones were 97.48%,93.28%,101.29%,102.46%,103.58%,101.61%,101.29% and 91.42%,respectively.The D values of the above vaccines showed authentic except BCG and HepA were suspicious.The R value showed the numbers of children that should be vaccinated were basically logical except HepA.[Conclusion]The routine immunization surveillance system works well and gives a high quality data report.The routine immunization coverage rates in Shandong province remain at a higher level.The keys to ensuring immunization surveillance quality are to improve the data integrity and master the precise numbers of children that should be vaccinated.更多还原
