【摘要】 目的:构建临床医生人文素质评价指标体系,为测评临床医生的人文素质提供理论依据。方法:采用文献研究法筛选评价指标,运用专家咨询法确定评价指标。结果:通过两轮专家咨询建立了由信念、道德、文化、法律、审美、心智与心理构成的6个一级指标、15个二级指标和48个三级指标组成的临床医生人文素质评价指标体系;评价量表的Cronbach’s系数为0.845,<0.01;因子分析结果与构建的指标体系较为吻合。结论:确定的指标体系和内涵要素能从多个维度体现出临床医生的人文素质特征,可作为深化研究临床医生人文素质评价的重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To construct connotation elements of clinical doctors humanity quality,to provide the basis for testing clinical doctors humanity quality.Methods: By means of documentation to screen the evaluation indicators,determined the evaluation indicators with the Delphi method.Results: Establishing the evaluation index system of clinical doctors humanity quality included of 6 primary indicators which include faith quality,moral quality,cultural quality,legal quality,aesthetic quality,intellectual and mental quality,15 secondary indicators and 48 three grade indicators,and endow the all indicators with weights.The Cronbach ’s alpha coefficient of the whole scale is 0.845,P < 0.01.The results of factor analysis and the construction of the index system is identical.Conclusions: The evaluation index system and connotation elements can reflect the characteristics of clinical doctors humanity in several dimensions,and they will be the important basis of research on clinical doctors humanity in future.更多还原
