【摘要】 目的:探讨532nm绿激光对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗效果。方法:对46例增殖前期及增殖期的糖尿病视网膜病变进行532nm绿激光光凝治疗。结果:两期治疗后视力改善及光凝治疗后FFA结果变化情况的比较,有显著性差异,PPDR疗效均明显优于PDR。结论:532nm绿激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect of 532nm green laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:46 cases diagnosed with the proliferation of pre-and proliferation of diabetic retinopathy were treated by 532nm green laser photocoagulation.Results:Between the two groups,there were significantly statistical difference in the improvement of visual acuity after treatment and FFA results after photocoagulation treatment changes(P<0.05),the efficacy of PPDR were significantly better than that of PDR period.Conclusion:532nm green laser photocoagulation is obviously effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.更多还原
