【摘要】 目的:红药膏是我院研究所生产[批号为鄂药制字(2001)第cx02-017号],作为院内制剂的常用外用药,在临床应用近三十年,深受广大患者的信任。现将该药经过健康皮肤或损伤的皮肤吸收到体内后,是否会引起全身不良反应(即急性毒性)或是否有刺激性分别进行试验给予报道。方法:不良反应试验:应用15只大白兔,分为3组进行试验,主要观察兔的健康皮肤和磨损皮肤在涂敷低银、高银红药膏和赋形剂后是否有全身的不良反应。同时还观测受试兔的健康皮肤和磨损皮肤是否有异常体征。皮肤刺激试验:共用6只大白兔,需细致地观察每只受试白兔的健康皮肤和磨损皮肤在涂敷低银和高银红药膏后是否有异常刺激体征表现。反复进行6只动物皮肤刺激试验,是为了把红药膏的皮肤刺激试验做得更加准确可靠。结果:两项试验发现红药膏对健康和磨损皮肤均无任何不良的刺激性。受试动物无1只死亡,体温均在正常范围内(38.5～39.5℃),各方面均与对照组大白兔的表现无任何差别。结论:说明现在已经在临床使用多年的红药膏(即2%低银红药膏)对全身无吸收中毒,对创面和周围皮肤也均无刺激性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Red ointment is produced by our institute.The approval No.is Er Yao Zhi Zi(2001) No.cx02-017.It is applied as a commom drag for external use in our hospital.For nearly 30 years of clinical application,it has been trusted by the majority of patients.We will report the tests on whether the adverse reaction(that is acute toxi-city) or irritation will happen on the whole body after the ointment being absorbed into the human body through healthy skin or abrasive skin.Methods:Test on adverse reaction:applying 15 tested rabbits divided into 3 groups,mainly observing whether the adverse reaction will happenon the rabbits’ bodies after coating SD-Ag+ and SD-Ag-red ointment and excipient on the healthy and abrasive skin,and whether there will be abnormal irritant physical performance on the healthy and abrasive skin on the tested rabbits.Test on skin-irritation:applying 6 rabbits,observing in detail whether there will be abnormal irritant physical performance on every tested rabbit’s body after coating SD-Ag+ and SD-Ag-red ointmen on the healthy and abrasive skin.In order to get more accurate and retiable results,we have done the tests repeatedly.Results:After doing the two kinds of tests,we have observed that red ointment has no any irritability on both healthy and abrasive skin,no one of the tested rabbits dies,and their body temperature keeps in normal range(38.5~39.5℃).There will be no any different performance in all sides with the contrast group of tested rabbits.Conclusion:The ointment(that is 2% AD-Ag-red ointment)applied in clinical treatment for many years has no absorption of poisoning on the whole body and no irritability on wounds and the surrounding skin.The following is the testing process.更多还原
