【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取110例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组(n=55)采用中西医结合治疗,对照组(n=55)采用单纯西医治疗,观察两组治疗结果。结果:治疗组痊愈32例,好转21例,无效1例,总有效率为96.36%;对照组痊愈20例,好转28例,无效7例,总有效率为87.27%。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Discussion combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical curative effect.Methods:110 outpatients of functional dyspepsia patients as the object of study,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(n=55) with combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment,the control group(n=55) using the pure western medicine treatment,observation of treatment results in two groups.Results:the treatment group: 32 cases were cured,21 cases improved,1 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 96.36%.Control group: 20 cases were cured,28 cases improved,7 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 87.27%.The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,the comparison of(χ2=6.55,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of functional dyspepsia with good clinical curative effect,is worth the clinical promoted application.更多还原
