【摘要】 目的:建立同时测定夏天无胶囊中原阿片碱与延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Venusil XBP-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(三乙胺调pH至6.5,54∶46);柱温:25℃,检测波长分别为280nm,流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果:原阿片碱的线性范围10.93～109.25μg/mL(r=0.9998),加样回收率为98.62%(RSD=1.05%,n=6);延胡索乙素线性范围为2.54～25.42μg/mL(r=0.9997),加样回收率为100.07%(RSD=2.18%,n=6)。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,可以同时测定夏天无胶囊中原阿片碱与延胡索乙素含量,为夏天无胶囊的质量控制方法提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of protopine and tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydails Decumbentis Capsule.Methods:The HPLC analysis was performed on Venusil XBP reversed-phase C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(the pH was adjusted to 6.0 by triethylamine)(54∶46).The column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.Results:The linear range was at 10.93～109.25μg/mL(r=0.9998) for protopine,the average rate of recovery was 98.62%(RSD=1.05%,n=6).2.54～25.42μg/mL(r=0.9997) for tetrahydr-opalmatine and the average rate of recovery was 100.07%(RSD=2.18%,n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of this herbal medicine.更多还原
