提高废三元催化剂铂族金属回收率工艺研究

【摘要】 首次采用NaHB4预还原,NaClO2-HCl-NaCl为浸出剂,氯化浸出法提取废三元催化剂中铂族金属,经分离提纯,铂回收率达到95.9%,钯回收率达到96.2%,铑回收率达到87%。此方法也适合用回收其他废催化剂中铂族金属。

【Abstract】 PGMs could be extacted from wasted three-way catalysts by using NaHB4 in prereductionat first,and then chloride leaching method was used by using NaClO2-HCl-NaCl as leaching solution.The result showed that the extraction ratio of PGMs can reach Pt 95.9%,Pd 96.2%,Rh 87%.The method can also be used to recover PGMs from other kinds of spent catalysts.
