【摘要】 目的探讨乌司他丁在颅内血管手术围术期脑保护的作用。方法择期行颅内血管手术成年患者30例,随机分为乌司他丁组(U组)和对照组(C组)各15例。麻醉诱导前,U组5min内静注乌司他丁5000IU/kg(用0.9%生理盐水20ml稀释);C组同速度输入等量生理盐水。分别于麻醉诱导前(T0)、手术1h(T1)、手术2h(T2)、手术6h(T3)抽取颈静脉球部血测SOD、MDA。记录两组患者手术后24h格拉斯哥GCS评分以及术后恢复情况。结果 U组T2、T3的SOD、MDA较T0差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组T2、T3的SOD较T0降低,T2、T3的MDA较T0升高(P<0.05)。组间比较U组T2、T3的SOD、MDA较C组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后24h的GCS比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论乌司他丁预处理对颅内血管疾病手术具有脑保护的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We try to discuss the perioperative cerebral protection effect on Ulinastatin in intracranial vascular operation through the SOD,MDA changes.Methods Thirty patients,scheduled for elective intracranial vascular operation under general anesthesia were enrolled in the study.And the patients were randomly allocated into two groups(15 in each group),group U and group C.Before the induction of anesthesia,the patients of group U were treated by intravenous injection of Ulinastatin on 5000IU/kg(0.9% 20ml of normal saline),5min drops;group C with normal saline input speed.We tested SOD,MDA from jugular bulb blood at operation before operation(T0),1 hour(T1),operation 2 hours(T2),6 hours of operation(T3).GCS were recorded after the operation.Results There was no significant deviation for SOD and MDA of group U(P >0.05).SOD of group C decreased significantly and MDA of group C increased significantly at T2,T3(P <0.05).There was significant difference in two groups of SOD and MDA at T2,T3(P <0.05).GCS of these two groups had no significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion There is neuroprotective effect on the Ulinastatin in intracranial vascular disease operation and prognosis is good in operation.更多还原
