【摘要】 目的观察自拟五藤三虫方治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法将120例RA患者分为治疗组(五藤三虫方)60例,对照组(口服甲氨蝶呤片)60例,两组均治疗一个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程观察临床疗效,并对治疗前后关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛、晨僵时间等症状和体征以及血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等实验室指标变化及不良反应进行对比观察。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛、晨僵时间等症状和体征及ESR、RF、CRP等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01),治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟五藤三虫方治疗类风湿性关节炎能有效控制炎性症状、改善病情,对活动性RA具有颇佳的近期疗效,效果优于甲氨蝶呤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-made five rattan three insects prescription on rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods 120 cases with RA were divided into the treatment group,the control group(oral methotrexate tablets) with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated for one month as a course of treatment and the treatment lasted for 3 courses of treatment before the clinical effect was observed.Symptoms and signs including the joint pain,swelling,tenderness,morning stiffness time as well as laboratory parameters changes and adverse reaction such as the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF),C reactive protein(CRP) and were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in symptoms and signs including joint pain,swelling,tenderness,duration of morning stiffness and ESR,RF,CRP before and after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group had much lower incidence rate of adverse reaction than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made five rattan three insects prescription in treating rheumatoid arthritis can effectively control the inflammatory symptoms,improve the body condition and has good curative effect on the activity of RA.Its efficacy is better than that of methotrexate.更多还原
