【摘要】 目的比较变应性鼻炎(AR)与非变应性鼻炎(NAR)患者临床特征的差异。方法对临床有鼻部高反应症状的4383例患者进行皮肤点刺试验(SPT),作出AR及NAR诊断,再按未成年人组和成年人组进行数据分析。结果 AR与NAR患者例数比为1.7∶1。AR与NAR患者均以成年人组女性构成比高于未成年人组女性(P<0.05)。AR与NAR患者中均以成年人组构成比高于未成年人组(P<0.05)。未成年人组中以AR患者为主,成年人组中NAR患者构成比高于未成年人组(P<0.05)。AR患者发病有季节性,AR患者在夏、秋季发病例数明显高于春、冬季;NAR患者发病例数在四季中分布较均匀。结论本地区AR与NAR患者在性别、年龄、发病季节等临床特征方面均存在明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the difference of clinical characteristics in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR) and non-allergic rhinitis(NAR). Methods A total of 4383 cases with high response symptoms and signs in nasal underwent skin prick test(SPT) with 16 kinds of standardized allergens and the diagnose of AR and NAR were made.The differences of distribution characteristics in age,sex and seasonality were analyzed. Results The case ratio of AR to NAR was 1.7∶1. The component ratios of adult women were increased in both groups(P<0.05).The component ratios of adults were higher than those of youngers(P<0.05).The component ratio of AR was higher than that of NAR in younger group,which of NAR was higher than that of AR in adults(P<0.05).The main onset seasons in AR were summer and autumn,while there was no seasonal diversity in NAR. Conclusion There is a significant difference in age,sex and seasonality distribution between patients with AR and NAR.更多还原
