【摘要】 采用免烫整理剂SCD-3对纯棉织物进行免烫整理,并通过正交试验优化了免烫整理工艺,即:SCD-3130 g/L,催化剂MgCl2.6H2O 20 g/L,保护剂CAN 20 g/L,硅酮柔软剂UM 30 g/L,冰醋酸0.5 g/L,95oC预烘100 s,160oC焙烘2 min。整理后棉织物的干折皱回复角(DWRA)可达290°,20次水洗后,DP等级可达3.5级,达到免烫纺织品的标准要求,且整理织物的机械强力损失和白度下降很少,布面无甲醛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Formaldehyde-free easy-care finish is carried out on cotton fabric with SCD-3.The process is optimized via orthogonal experiments as follows: SCD-3 130 g/L,the catalyst MgCl2·6H2O 20 g/L,the protector CAN 20 g/L,organic silicon softener UM 30 g/L,acetic acid 0.5 g/L,pre-drying at 95 ℃ for 100 s and curing at 160 ℃ for 2 min.The finished cotton fabric has dry wrinkle recovery angle of 290° and DP grade of 3.5 after 20 times home launderings,and also features free formaldehyde and small loss in tensile strength and whiteness.更多还原
